Strathglass fishing is based in the village of Cannich 30 miles west of Inverness and close to Loch Ness. The rivers and lochs
of the surrounding glens are historically famous for wild brown trout and Atlantic Salmon fishing.
Set amidst some of Scotland's most spectacular scenery Glen Affric has recently been awarded national nature reserve
status and we offer fishing on Loch Benevean in the heart of the reserve.
This loch has a fifteen mile shoreline and is dotted with picturesque islands clad with native caledonian pine trees and offers
stunning views of the highest mountain range in the northwest highlands.
A maximum of six boats are permitted on the loch and all the boats are supplied with reliable outboard motors. All boats are capable
of taking a minimum of three people.
Access to the loch is excellent and you can drive to within 20 metres of the boats. Fishing is also available on other lochs
in the area as well as on the river Glass. Salmon fishing is available from July onwards.
Strathglass fishing caters for all your needs. We have experienced local ghillies available whose knowledge and experience will
